We just wanted to give you a little more information as to why this booking did not go through.

As per Stand8's policy which is currently configured on Itilite we are permitted to book the trips only if the booking price is same as the selected price at the time of Trip creation or the Price Variance at the time of confirming the trip is less than 10%.

However for this Trip:1027-0083 we see the Increase in flight price breached the 10% threshold approved by Stand8, hence the system did not confirm this Trip.

We request you to create a new trip for Mr. John Harris
